 Pawhuska woman Ann Marie Reece who was arrested and charged in connection with the death of well known Pawhuska oilman Rick Holt, was to appear in Osage County Court Thursday Morning for a Preliminary Hearing. However, the hearing was delayed as the County was awaiting the report from the Medical Examiner.
The Osage County Sheriff's Department arrested 47 year-old Ann Marie Reece in September in connection with the death of Holt. Reece has been charged with accessory after the commission of a felony which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. Reece's sons, Jeremy and Tyler, were arrested on September 9 on charges of Murder in the first degree, conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping, and desecration of a human corpse. The two son's are scheduled for a Motion Hearing on January 26, 2016 at 1pm. Comments are closed.
