The Osage County Courthouse Review Committee would like to encourage Osage County
citizens to attend its weekly meeting this coming Monday, February 29, at 5:30pm at the Osage County Sheriff's Department Learning/Education Center Located directly south of the Osage County Jail on St. Paul Avenue in Pawhuska. The desire is to get input from Osage County Residents and hear about the possible renovation of the courthouse and either the county-owned Kennedy or Whiting Buildings, and how various county offices might be relocated to better serve the residents of Osage County along with provide county officials with much needed office space. Safety has also become a major concern for Osage County Officials with the current layout of the County Courthouse in Pawhuska. Criminal Offenders are transported to the Courthouse under guard. Once at the courthouse, inmates are in close proximity to the public conducting county business. Come to the Osage County Courthouse Review Committee meeting this Monday, February 29, at 5:30pm at the Osage County Sheriff's Department Learning/Education Center, and have your opinion heard.
