Pawhuska made things look easy in Friday night's battle of undefeated teams in Osage County. The Huskies got out to as 38-6 halftime lead before cruising to a 60-12 victory.
Pawhuska received the opening kickoff and three plays later, Cade McNeil found the endzone. Bryce Drummond would keep it himself to put the Huskies up 14-0 at the end of one. Barnsdall did answer early in the second quarter, as quarterback Joe Cole passed to Heath Moles for a touchdown. Drummond went on to connect with Mason Gilkey three separate occasions in the second quarter to take a 38-6 halftime lead, though. The Huskies outscored Barnsdall 22-6 in the second half of play. Next week, Pawhuska plays at Tonkawa on Friday and Barnsdall plays Owasso's JV next Thursday. Comments are closed.
