A 4-3 win over Woodland in the championship game of the Caney Valley Tournament will be the final victory for a group of Barnsdall seniors that have been playing together since they were old enough to hit a ball off a tee. Coach Wade Corder said his heart sank when the OSSAA made the official announcement that spring sports had been canceled. Corder has been able to communicate with his players on Facebook and over the phone, but he will be very disappointed if he is unable to get the team together for one final meeting. Corder did say he was glad the Panthers ended the season on a high note, by winning the Caney Valley Tournament.
