County Housing Authority Gets Clean Audit

Osage County Housing Authority Director Christi McNeil presented their yearly audit to the county commissioners Monday morning andhad positive things to say about the way things are looking.


McNeil explained that a high number of people had moved out in the middle part of 2019 in the areas that she covers across Osage County, but she has seen a tremendous rebound recently.


McNeil found the occupancy rate to be at 97 percent. The Department of Housing and Urban Development wants that number to be at 98 percent.
